Synture Group, LLC was founded by Brian Adolf and Sarah Bush Adolf to provide the means for savvy investors and high net worth individuals to take advantage of the opportunities that group investing in commercial real estate has to offer.

Our inspiration and training comes from Cherif Medawar, an extremely successful and savvy commercial real estate investor who runs the Institute of Commercial Real Estate. Cherif has over 28 years of commercial real estate investing experience, and has dozens of profitable commercial properties in the US and its territories. Cherif co-sponsors the syndications we present to private investors. He has taught commercial real estate investing and commercial syndication training throughout North America.
